This is Avocado Nice Cream. Well, it’s actually Chaga-Mint-Chip Avocado Nice Cream, aka ice cream made with creamy avocados. 🍨🥑 And it’s kinda the bomb. You should know that the bomb isn’t really something we say all that often. We mean business. Check out the recipe below to make it your business, too!! 🥰
Ingredients with measurements:
- 2 avocados, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or dairy free milk of choice)
- Pinch salt
- 2-3 drops mint extract or handful of mint leaves
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips OR one-two Mālama Mushrooms Superfood Mushroom Chocolate Bars broken up
- 1 tbsp Mālama Mushrooms Chaga Extract
Directions:
Blend all of the above ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips or chunks by hand, then pour avocado ice cream batter into a small loaf pan. Use a silicone spatula to smooth the top of the ice cream. Freeze 2-4 hours. Scoop as you would regular ice cream, and ENJOY 🥰
