Mean-Green Reishi Smoothie Bowl

Eating colorful foods always cheers us up! How do you get your greens in?!  Our favorite plant-based foodie in Santa Monica, Danielle, blends hers up in a smoothie bowl with all the anti-inflammatory and immunity-boosting good stuff.  Top it off with fresh fruit, some crunch, and yummy date paste for sweetness, and you have this beautiful bowl!
Here's what's in her Mean-Green Reishi bowl -
  • 1 tsp Mālama Mushrooms Reishi Extract
  • handful of spinach  
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 scoops protein
  • 2 dates
  • Dulse flakes
  • 2 Tbsp seed mix
  • 1 Tbsp Sea moss gel 
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp E3Live Brain on 
  • 1/4 Avocado

Top with granola, buckwheat, honey and date spread ~ enjoy!
