Mushroom Oats 6 Ways

Bake up this tasty mushy-oatmeal with our vegan, GF recipe and then choose one of six topping medleys or combine them to dream up your own! ⭐️🌈🥣  

 

Ingredients with Measurements 

✿ 1 3/4 cups almond milk

✿ 1/2 cup almond butter

✿ 2 tsp Mālama Mix of choice (opt for cacao mix for a more chocolately-take)

✿ 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

✿ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

✿ 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

✿ 2 cups old fashioned oats

  

Instructions 

✿ Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Coat a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

✿ In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, mushroom powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Add the oats and stir to combine. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.

✿ Bake 35 minutes or until set in the middle and beginning to brown around the edges. Serve immediately with an extra splash of almond milk and dress with ~styleeee~ of choice.

✿ Lil' Trail Mix Mama 〰️ Banana, almond butter, vegan chocolate chunks, organic pepitas, raisins, and a shake of chia and bee pollen.

 

 Raspberry-Granola Gurl 〰️ Banana, organic raspberries, GF granola, walnuts, and sunflower seeds.

 

✿ Apple Pie Auntie 〰️ Baked apple with cinnamon, vegan chocolate chunks, peanut butter, walnuts, and sprinkled with chia.

 

 Almond Joy Jane 〰️ Banana, almond slivers, coconut flakes, chocolate chunks, and choice of nut butter.

 

Blueberry Harvest Hunnie 〰️ Blueberry, apple, almond butter, cashew, almond, chopped pecans with flax seed, sprinkled with chia.

 

✿ Nutty-Nan 〰️ Banana, raisins, peanut butter, cashews, walnuts, and a dollop of chia pudding sprinkled with coconut flakes.
