Autumn is here!
As Mother Nature sheds last year's foliage in preparation for the deep, internal rest of the winter months, she also displays the immense beauty of her color pallet. Deep reishi reds, butternut squash yellows, burnt cinnamon oranges, & cacao/spice browns are just small examples of the gamut exemplified during these months.
Depending on where you live, she is already sharing bits of snow, or at least increased rain, with you. Thus ensues the fruits of falls; our bodies welcome to surplus of squash, pumpkins, and last, but certainly not least, mushrooms.
As we begin to spend a bit more time inside & get less sunshine, we may need a little wellness pick-me-up with drinks & food that can boost our immune system. This recipe, crafted by our friend @bnlove.yoga, is the perfect elixir to warm you up in the morning & spice up your day!
