I believe the 8 mushroom superfood mix is an excellent product. Everything this company does is top drawer. I personally don't LOVE this particular product. It's possibly too strong for me. I have a delicate super responsive system and chemistry, gut to brain problems. For most people I believe the mixture would be very effective.
