This easy DIY grow-kit is a great immersion into the world of growing your own mushrooms! This variety is a pink oyster (Pleurotus djamor) which is best for warm & humid environments (68 to 86 degrees fahrenheit) which is perfect for Hawai'i. 

Directions are easy for all ages! Simply remove panel, cut a slit, mist liberally, and place near a window with indirect light. Get ready, because after 5-7 days of misting twice per day you'll start to see some magic! Harvest once mushrooms reach full maturity (around 11-14 days) and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Substrate: Masters Mix (Half soy hulls, half hardwood sawdust)

    Super fun and delicious!

    This growkit was exactly as described…super easy and fun to grow. Forgot to take a picture before we harvested the mushrooms, but they looked just like the picture in the description. Highly recommend this product, especially if you have children or are a teacher. Even my adult kids loved watching the mushrooms grow!

    So fun!
